Meyer’s Olde Dutch is owned and operated by Brian Arnoff, chef and owner of Kitchen Sink Food & Drink, a year-and-a-half old farm-to-table restaurant that was recently voted Best New Restaurant by readers of Hudson Valley Magazine.
“All of our Kitchen Sink philosophies about using local food purveyors will be applied at Meyer’s Olde Dutch, with NY state beef and cheese, and local produce – including from our family micro farm in Hyde Park,” said Arnoff. “Our full-service bar will feature a large selection of NY craft beer, locally produced wine and house-crafted cocktails.”
In addition to beef burgers, the menu, eat-in and take-out, will offer lamb, chicken and vegan options with multiple toppings and house-made signature sauces, plus hand-cut fries, sweet potato fritters and salads. All items will be available via counter service and served in open seating and a back open-air patio.
