• Provide alternative and creative meeting locations in historic buildings and public spaces.
• Coordinate with individual site inspections of meeting facilities, attractions and points of interest.
• Provide comprehensive presentations for your consideration.
• Provide quantities of the Dutchess County Travel Guide for use in pre-convention mailings.
• Use of Dutchess County Tourism video for presentation to decision makers, and delegates.
• Provide color slides, maps, directions and logos for reproduction in your meeting materials, promotional flyers or pre-mailers.
• Provide community relations assistance in developing contacts and promoting your event.
• Develop spouse or guest tours and activities.
• Provide customized welcome letter from appropriate government officials for inclusion in your registration materials.
